How to Service?

1. At first, all of our devices are produced based on 20 years working lifetime, so it will not easy to break down. If any spare parts need to change in future use process, we will send it to you by express within 3 days. and teach you how to change it by video or email.

Within 3 years, all spare parts and express costs (by DHL. TNT. Fedex) will be paid by LIB;

After 3 years, all our parts provided to you with costs price we got from our components supplier;

2. If send our engineers to your work place, service also is free, you only need to pay the air tickets and accommodation.

3. If products can't use by our engineers repair, we will produce a new device (same as old one) to your local.
