Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T Bank Transfer, Alibaba Trade Assurance and so on. Normally 50% deposit with PO, 50% balance before shipment.
Q:How to deal with the faulty part if exceeds the warranty time?
A:Customer can return the faulty parts for our testing and
maintaining, all the logistic fee should be at customer’s
cost.
