Characteristics of the Machine.
1. LD-650V Automatic smt Vision pick and place machine apply with Intelligent feeding system,make the machine connected with the smt conveyors more perfect under Intelligentize communication .
Compatible for both =With or without smt conveyor
2. Japanese Panasonic Servo motors +Imported Linear guide Rail +Grind lead screw Structure ensure the feeding system running in steady state with good accuracy .
3. X,Y Axis also adopt Panasonic Servo motors with Imported Linear and grind lead screw for high accuracy on components placement with high speed under condition of good stability and low noise .
4. LD-650V equipped with 6 PCS of Juki Nozzle Heads ,up and down moving structure use imported high precision splines with long durable time up to 20 years .And each nozzle with one independent vision cameras for precision placement calibration ,which give evidence for high accuracy place components.
5. Convenient operation with easy-understanding graphical programming ,automatic Mark point scan for pcb position ,position accuracy highly improved .
6. Multiple types of feeders optional to meet different components feeding requirements,such leds ,smd resistors ,ICS ,Smd Capacitors ,ect .
7. Computer system apply DFI Industrial computer mother board +self-design control board ,Industrial Class stability computer system.
8. LD-650V equipped with strong Software system,programming coordinates by digital and graphical display ,convenient for coordinates correction and revise ,the production schedule,speed and materials will be display on the screen .Furthermore ,different PCB Programming can be saved in the software database after adjustment for later-on productions.
9. Equipped with imported negative air pressure detective system for components pick up testing to prevent components skip or throw .LD-650V Also install Non-oil type vacuum pumps system for stabilize the vacuum pressure .
