Carrying and Support system

1.There are 20 pcs of Pallets in one set of 12m Led street lights assembly line .

2.The Pallet conveying by chain and driving by Motor.the each pallet can carry goods weight up to 50kgs .

3.The sizes of the each pallet:(600mm)L*(600mm)W*(20mm)H

4.The Plate equipped with anti-static PVC coating ,thinkness 25mm ,with 2 plug bases .

5.The Plate are two floors ,the circular pallet can rotate 360 degree .

Frame and air pressure supply system

1.The body Frame made by 50mm*50mm*2.0mm square steel as supporting ,working area height 740+-20mm.

2.The edge frame make of 100*118mm high quality aluminum.
3.Every 1.2M install 1 pcs of power sockets for tools power connection
4.Every 1M equipped with 1 pcs of air source connection for air pressure supply .

1.One piece of 18W led tube light location at every 1m of the light .the Lighting fixture is about 2m height .

2.The frame of the Lighting support made by 25*50mm rectangular steel .

Independent tables

1.Usually the standard assembly line is not equipped with the independent tables , these independent tables are for convenient to workers to place the tools .

2.If you want one set of 12m Long assembly line can equipped with 10 pcs of table each side .

3.The table sizes are L(600MM)*W(300MM)*H(720MM) ,Surface with anti-static rubber cover . supporting by 30*30mm steel .
