1. Mixing drum
As a container for storing concrete, the mixing drum plays a

composed of a mixing drum body and a supporting wheel.
The cylinder is composed of front cone section, back cone section,
cylinder section, head, blade, feed cone, raceway, etc. The front
end is connected to the reducer, and the rear is supported on the
subframe by the support wheel. The supporting wheel supports the
roller body and is composed of a support, a bearing seat, a shaft,
a bearing, etc.
The mixing cylinder is made of high-strength steel plate and blades
of high-strength fine-grain alloy steel (whose wear resistance is
1.6 times that of Q345), which has higher wear resistance. The head
as a whole is formed by spinning, and has sufficient stiffness and
strength after welding with the stiffener plate.
The feed cone directly affects the feed speed of the vehicle, the
speed is too fast, will produce segregation phenomenon, and the
feed speed is too slow, and affect the work efficiency. Therefore,
the feed cone design is funnel-shaped, large diameter, and the feed
speed is maintained at 3.2m3/min, which can ensure smooth feed and
prevent concrete overflow.
Raceways are forgings, forged in one piece. After the whole
cylinder is welded, the outer ring is processed to ensure the
coaxiality requirements.
Optimized design of the mixing cylinder, with reliable structural
stiffness, good wear resistance, smooth in and out of the material,
very low residual amount, both can mix concrete, but also can stir
transport ready-mixed concrete, there is no segregation phenomenon,
to ensure the uniform performance of concrete.
2. Subframe
The subframe of the mixer is the main load-bearing part, and the
load of the operation is almost supported by it, plus the impact
load formed by the bumps of the road and the acceleration and
deceleration in the exercise, which puts high requirements on the
structure of the subframe.
The whole subframe is composed of the main beam, the front support
frame and the back support frame.
The main beam adopts the overall box structure beam, which
fundamentally enhances its torsional, flexural and tensile
performance, and ensures the rigidity requirements. Auxiliary beams
are installed between the two main beams, and the rigidity of each
section of the main beam is adjusted, so that the load is
distributed more evenly over the entire length of the subframe.
In the exercise process will inevitably encounter special
circumstances and take emergency braking, the resulting inertia
force is very large, coupled with the stirring cylinder itself has
a certain inclination, so the front desk of the subframe to bear
the load is relatively much larger, and this part of the load is
mainly added to the reducer and the front support seat of the six

A stop block is installed on the front support table so that the
bolts are not affected by the shear force and ensure the safety of
the vehicle in operation.
In order to meet the filling rate of the mixer, the
mixing drum should also meet certain inclination requirements.
Mixing drum, reducer and front support frame have been firmly
connected as one after assembly, due to manufacturing errors may
not meet the requirements of the Angle of the background support
frame after assembly, can not produce effective support for the
mixing drum. Then the whole structure is equivalent to a cantilever
beam. This will produce a large torque for the reducer. In order to
prevent the harm caused by this to the reducer, the installation
position of the support roller on the background support frame can

completed, a fixed stop block is installed to prevent the offset of
the support wheel due to the loosening of bolts.
3. Feed in and out device
The inlet and outlet device is composed of the feed hopper, the
outlet hopper, the main discharge tank, the auxiliary discharge
tank, the support, the locking frame, etc., which is an important
part of the mixing truck and directly affects the speed and quality
of the inlet and outlet material.
The inlet and outlet hoppers are connected through the support
bracket and the background support frame of the subframe. The
lining plate is made of high-strength fine-grain alloy steel, and
its wear resistance is 1.6 times that of Q345A(original 16Mn).
Greatly improve the wear resistance.
The main discharge chute can discharge the concrete in the required
direction, and the auxiliary discharge chute can extend the length
of the main discharge chute. It is very convenient to install the
auxiliary discharge groove on the main discharge groove when the
auxiliary discharge groove is long.
The locking frame device locks the main discharge tank when the
discharge tank is not working. Usage: When the discharge groove is
not working, push it inward, it will automatically lock, lift the
lock handle, you can pull out the discharge groove.
Discharge groove control rod rotates to support the discharge
groove, and adjusts the up and down displacement of the discharge
groove groove, adopts the shoulder-mounted telescopic sleeve to
adjust the Angle of the main groove during discharge, accurate
positioning, reliable connection, convenient operation and labor
saving.
The locking lever locks the discharge chute turned to any position.
Usage: Flip down the handle to release the lock.
4. Control system
The operating system is composed of controller, linkage shaft,
flexible shaft and connecting rod mechanism, which mainly controls
the speed and rotation direction of the mixing drum. There is only
one joystick on the controller, and the connecting end is connected
to the variable pump through the connecting rod mechanism. By
changing the Angle of the control handle on the pump, the flow of
the pump is adjusted to realize the direction and speed of the
rotation of the cylinder, which can be controlled by moving left
and right; At the same time, the connecting end is connected to the
throttle of the engine through a flexible shaft, and the joystick
can be controlled up and down to achieve the increase of the
cylinder speed when the speed needs to be increased.
