QCL 6040 CO2 laser cutting engraving machines (cutter & engraver machines) can engrave and cut almost any non-metallic materials, and it is cheap, safe and reliable. The QCL 6040 laser cutting engraving machines use non-contact machining without mechanical compression or mechanical stress on the material. There is no “knife mark”, it does not damage the surface of the workpiece, and it does not deform the material. Therefore, it is widely used for cutting and engraving non-metallic materials such as acrylic, wood board or sheet, two-color board, foam board, organic board, bamboo, two-color plates, acrylic sheets, cloth and so on.

1. The motion system adopts Taiwan Hiwin linear guide and slider, the movement track is smooth and delicate, the speed and precision are greatly improved, and the wear is small, prolonging the life of mechanical moving parts;
