Test Principle
A. The sole strip test specimen is installed on the Low temperature
ROSS flexing tester, so that the cutout falls directly above
the center of the rotating shaft of the Low temperature ROSS flexing tester, through the Low temperature ROSS flexing tester drive the test specimen on the shaft for free 90 degree zigzag,
after a certain number of tests, the length of the test specimen
cutout is measured, and the size of the cutout growth rate is used
to evaluate the test sole resistance to zigzag performance.
B. Install the finished shoe on the finished shoe flex resistance
tester, and drive the flex part of the finished shoe through the
finished shoe flex resistance tester to repeatedly flex at a flex
angle matching the shoe type and the fixed rate of the flex
machine, and observe the damage of the flex part of the finished
shoe after reaching the pre-set time or after completing the
specified number of flexes, to complete the number of flexes
without damage or to complete the specified number of flexes. The
severity of the damage to the bending part of the finished shoe
after completing the number of bends is used to assess the bending
resistance of the finished shoe.
C. The test specimen is mounted on the VAMP flex test machine, and the flex test is carried out at a certain frequency by the VAMP flex test machine, and the changes on the surface of the test specimen are observed to evaluate the flex resistance of the test material by whether the surface is wrinkled and broken and its severity.
