Automatic Scratch Resistance Tester Test Load: 50g To 2000g​

The automatic scratch tester is carefully designed and manufactured according to the GB9279 "color paint and varnish scratch test" and ISO 12137-2 "test of paint and varnish scratch resistance".

This tester is used to measure the scratch resistance and scratch resistance of a single coating or composite coating system or waterborne wood paints and varnish under standard conditions.

The test instrument adopts large speed ratio and large output torque gear reducer to ensure that the moving speed of the needle stroke is constant under different test loads, so that the test results have high precision.

What this tester can do at present is the test of two kinds of substrates.

One is to test the resistance of the paint and varnish waterborne wood lacquer. The bottom material is metal. Whether the film is painted or not can be directly obtained through the indication of the voltmeter on the instrument.

The other is to test the scratch resistance of waterborne wood lacquer, whether the substrate is wood, whether the film is scratched is obtained through naked eye or magnifying glass observation.
