Application :

Weather accelerated uv aging test chamber is designed and manufactured for simulate heat and ultraviolet radiation of the sun, rain and dew, to inspect and predict the aging resistance of the product according to the testing result, and is helpful to optimize the products .the testing type damage include: bleaching, discoloration, gloss loss, powder, crack, turbidity, bubble-based, strength decline and oxidation.

It's widely used in the industry, such as coating, printing ink, paint, resin, plastics, print, packing, motor van, cosmetic, metal, electron, galvanization, medical, and so on.

Material and structure:

1, unit material: 304 stainless steel inside and outside

2, the sample rack: aluminum frame frame as the board

3, the control device: color touch screen programmer or RKC intelligent controller

4, irradiation lamp: UVA-340 8 each side of a total of 4 sides

5, can be two-way connection (RS232 communication interface)

6, power leakage circuit breaker control circuit overload short-circuit alarm, over-temperature alarm, water protection
