27 Cuber Meter Smoke Density Test Equipment

 

Introduction

None halogen cables and materials are required to measure smoke density; the main principles of the smoke density is measured in a particular space, cable or material in a particular combustion or radiation condition, which will produce smoke, the light beam will decay after passing through the smoke,so the light density and smoke density can be calculated by measuring the light transmittance.
This Wire and Cable Smoke Density Test Equipment comply with IEC61034-1 ~ 2: 1997 "Measurement of smoke density of cables and optical cables under specified conditions".It is used for the measuring power transmission signal or all insulated metallic conductor cables under specific conditions is horizontal burning emitted smoke the transmission rate of the test.The standard IEC 61034 requires smoke box size is 3M³.

 

Feature

  •  The box is composed of a cube shell with long, wide and high 3000mm + 30mm,and the internal material is SUS 304 stainless steel;

  •  The internal toolings are all made of stainless steel,corrosion-resistant;

  •  The total area of the vent is 50cm2 ± 10cm2, it is opened during the test,baffle height is 1000mm;

  •  Equipped with wire and cable test stands and hang-heavy weights according to standard requirements;

  •  Test room has a glass observation window on the door,and the opposite side of the door is provided with a sealed transparent window (minimum 100mmx100mm), which can transmitting light for the measurement system.It's about 2150mm+100mm high from the ground;

  •  Photocell and the light source is positioned at the center of each window on two walls;

 

Smoke Density Test System

1, Llight source: clean crystal lamps and tungsten halogen lamps, 2900K color temperature; power 100W, DC12V, nominal luminous flux 2000lm ~ 3000lm;
2, Smoke density test: measured optical density range of 0% to 100%;
3, Special light source of smoke density and high resolution photoelectric tube receiver can be installed on the external wall;
4, Test room equipped with doors and windows sealed structure;
5, The standard power is 100W and voltage is DC 12V for the light source;
6, Optical calibration system: 0 to 100% point calibration;
