Centrifuge TDL5Y is our stand alone oil testing centrifuge for conical ASTM oil testing tubes.
It meets the requirements of GB/T6533-86 standard,and makes use of centrifugal separation to determine the water content of your crude oil sample.
It is an ideal separation equipment for water determination in oil exploitation industry and scientific research institutions.
Product Features
1. LCD display to show rotor No., speed, time, temperature, RCF, Acc/Dec rate and trouble information/error code.
2. Circular heater for fast heating and temperature uniformity realizes the functions of temperature controlling and temperature holding, which meet the temperature requirements for oil industry.
3. Frequency-conversion motor with high torque is characterized by stable and fast acceleration/deceleration as well as long service life, maintenance free, and low noise for stable operation.
4. The tube is manufactured by special process, which won't be broken so easily during operation , and it’s widely used in Daqing Oilfield.
5. Self-diagnosis system can automatically detect the faults of over-speed, over temperature and display the error code on the display screen to improve the safety performance.
6. Simple operation:Microprocessor control and touch panel. Speed, RCF, temperature, time and Acc/Dec rates can be set freely.The parameters can be revised during a run for convenient use.

Q: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes, but the sample and shipping fee will be charged, and in
good price.
Q: What’s the warranty on your products?
A: All Cence products have one year warranty.
We offer free accessory replacement within warranty. The shipping
fee is also on us. Beyond warranty, we only charge accessory cost
fee.
Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: We accept western union, T/T, LC and alibaba trade assurance
paid.
Q: What’s the lead time and delivery time?
A: For sample order, lead time is normally within 4-7 days after
deposit is recevied. For bulk order, it is 15-30 days.
As for delivery time, it depends on the distance and shipping
method. You can check with us when place the order.
Q: Can you do OEM or ODM?
