ST149 Automatic vegetable oil oxidation Stability measurement devices are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T21121-2007 Oxidative Stability measurement of animal and plant oils (accelerated oxidation test), controlled by single chip microcomputer, displayed by LIQUID crystal display, and then automatic results are released and printed.

When the OSI(fighative Stability Index) is measured, the hot air at a certain temperature is injected into the oil sample, to accelerate the oxidation of glycerol fatty acid fat, and then generation of volatile organic acids.

The air brings the VOLATILE organic acid into a conductive chamber, and the indoor water dissolves the volatile organic acid and ionizes the ions, thus changing the conductivity of the water. The computer continuously measures the conductivity of the conductive chamber. When the conductivity rises sharply, it indicates the arrival of the end point of the induction period, and the period before that becomes OSI time.

Controlled by single chip microcomputer, the time conductivity curve of the sample can be drawn, and the stability time of oil oxidation can be calculated automatically.

The instrument itself has a sample determination switch and status display.
