This series of rotary evaporators are pilot type, production type, 10-50L manual series. Large capacity, large diameter rotary evaporation bottle, large evaporation area. The rotating bottle is placed in the oil tank and heated while rotating. Combined with high vacuum sealing, the solution is diffused and evaporated efficiently. It can be used in small scale, pilot scale and production of biology, medicine, chemical industry, food and other fields. It can be used with circulating water vacuum pump, diaphragm vacuum pump and low temperature circulating (vacuum) pump to form a system device.

1) The main support is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with reasonable structure and exquisite materials.

2) All glass parts are made of high borosilicate glass (GG-17), which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion.

3) The sealing system adopts imported fluororubber and PTFE bidirectional combination seal, which has long corrosion resistance life and high vacuum degree.

4) The vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum, and the oil gauge has anti vibration characteristics.

5) Vertical three-layer serpentine coil condenser, main cooling + auxiliary cooling double condenser, ensure high recovery rate.

6) Continuous feeding, convenient for customers to use, valve type feeding valve sleeve PTFE pipe.

7) The collecting bottle is provided with a discharging material to facilitate the collection and discharge of the evaporated extract.
