This Tap powder density tester is composed of adjustable speed motor, vibration components, microcomputer and micro printer. The amplitude and the number of vibrations can be set by yourself. During the vibration process, the vibration component rotates at a small angle to ensure the uniformity of the material. It has the functions of automatic calculation and automatic printing of test results.
The Powder density refers to the mass corresponding to a unit volume of powder. Due to the existence of voids (or pores) between or within the particles in the powder, the density of the powder is usually less than the true density of the corresponding substance. Tapped density refers to the density of the powder contained in the container after being tapped under specified conditions.
