4,Mechanical test methods and acceptance standards for optical cable

4.1 Tensile

(1)Test method: GB / T 7424.2-E1, Tensile

(2) Test conditions: Cuck diameter: not less than 30 times the outer diameter of the optical cable. Allowed tension: see optical cable allowable tension table. Length of the optical cable used for the test: not less than 50 meters. Tensile rate: 10mm / min. Maximum pull time: 1 minute.

(3)acceptance requirement

No obvious additional attenuation and strain shall not be greater than 0.2% under long-term allowable tensile force, the additional attenuation shall be no greater than 0.15dB and strain no greater than 0.6%, the fiber shall have no obvious additional attenuation and no obvious strain, the residual strain of optical cable shall not be greater than 0.08%, and the sheath shall be cracked without visual force.

4.2 Flaser

(1)Test method: GB / T 7424.2-E3 flattening ".

(2) Test conditions: the allowable side pressure gauge of the optical cable.

Duration: 1 minute.

  1. acceptance requirement:There shall be no obvious additional attenuation under long-term allowable flattening force; the additional attenuation under temporary flattening force shall not be greater than 0.1dB. The fiber shall be obvious after this pressure removal, and the sheath shall be cracked without visibility.

4.3 Flame resistance
