we have two 300 tons die-casting machines, the high-ton die-casting machines can produce strong and airtight aluminum parts. Our raw material is ADC10 aluminum ingot, this material advantage is High density and good toughness , it turns into aluminum water at 580 degrees high temperature. It is cooled and formed in a precise mold, after the goods come out from the machine ,our technicians will cut it out , polish the surface ,make the products smooth .We can have a look , this is our products . it have clear lines and strong three-dimensional sense. The machine works 24 hours every day .we can produce more than 50000 pcs for one day . ensure delivery order on time .

Our Automatic Tube Making Line. We can produce plain rod ,twisted rod and some other different design rod .we can make mold by ourself . The advantages of our Tube Making Line is strong continuity, high efficiency, low cost, no pollution, no noise, water circulation cooling, no waste gas, we can make 0.4mm to 0.8mm thickness rod in 6m long . the machine can produce 100 meter per one min . 15 ton rod for one day . Through the high-frequency automatic induction welding technology, the welds of the poles are very smooth. Welded firmly ,The rod can carry about 15kg -30kg .

After die-casting, polisheding, and electroplating, then they will come to the steps of combining and packaging.

Our production workshop has 10 production lines, and 6 workers are a group. Our company has strict operating procedures, and every process has requirements and inspections. The workers wear masks and gloves when working, which keeps the working environment clean and ensures that there are no sweat and finger molds on the products.

Before combining , there will be 2 workers to check the goods. If there is no quality problem in the inspection of the goods, we will go online for combining . After combining , we will pack the goods. Look, this is our PVC packaging. Inside are our telescopic curtain rods. We pack them like this. The whole set includes the basic configuration of heads, brackets, rods, and rings.

We usually pack 1 pc for one bag , 100 or 200 pcs accessories for one carton . And one carton will have shipping mark , shipping mark usually have products picture ,,quantity ,color ,weight and customer’s logo . after completed packing ,we will put the carton to the pallets . when our warehouse keeper checked the all data is right . it will be put into the finished products warehouse .
