2. Brief Introduction of  DE series mobile welding fume extractor 

DE series mobile welding fume extractor adopts the advanced filter technology.

It provides the perfect solution for welding fume, and professionally design for collectiong

the welding fume. So the mobile fume extractor provides serives for purifying the fume and

dust. Before welding fume dust goes into the welder's breathing zone, the fume extractor can

collect at the weld source.

The filter cartridge further collects the hazardous submicron particles on the surface of

nanofiber membrane to avoid circulatory blowing to factory air.

For matching factory different location installation requirement, the mobile fume extractor

can separate two kinds with self-cleaning and without self-cleaning.

3. Application of DE series mobile welding fume extractor

The purifier adopts collection of the fume and dust in different production process, such as

welding (arc welding, carbon dioxide arc welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gouging

welding, special welding etc.) , polishing, cutting, burnishing etc.

4.  Working principle of DE series mobile welding fume extractor 

The fume and dust produced in the operation process is inhaled to the mobile welding fume

extractor through the gas absorption cover due to the gravitation of the fan.

The large particles are separated and intercepted by the pre-filting fire resistance net.

After initial filtration, the fume and dust will arrive at the filter cartridge protective plate and

further obstruction to particles and residual fire fume. The filtered fume and dust enters the

main filter cartridge. The main filter cartridge are made of imported polyester fibers covered

with film mulching and the filtration efficiency can reach up to 99.9%.
 

The purified gas is further purified by activated carbon layer filter cotton and discharged

standard through the air outlet.

5. Product structure characteristics

■Filter unit-- The pre-filter layer, the main filter layer and the chemical filter layer 3 parts to

consist. The pre-filtration layer can adsorb relatively big particles in the airflow to avoid the

ealier blockage of the main filter layer.  The main filter layer is HEPA filter cartridge, vertical

installed. The filtration efficiency of high efficiency filter material for filtration of 0.3 micron

particles is 99.9%, and chemical filter cartrige is generally activated carbon layer, which can

effectively adsorb the odor and harmful gas in the airflow, so that the indoor air can be

discharged to meet the standard.

■ Pulse cleaning (optional)-- The pulse control system can be cleaned by hand or timing

automatically clean the filter barrel.

The electromagnetic pulse valve will be automatically sequential opened in cleaning 

operation. High pressure air moves along the gap between the conical plunger and the inner

arm of the filter barrel. The dust filtered on the surface of the filter barrel will be blown

down instantaneously comprehensively thoroughly and the dust will fall into the ash collector

by gravity.

■ Exhaust system--Adopts the professional imported turbine and motor centrifugal fan.

The advanced impeller design features in big air volume and low power consumption

with lack of phase and overload protection, low failure rate and long life service, and

equipped with 2.5 to 3.5 meters length movable gas absorption arm.

PVC coating material outside stainless steel ring high with features of high temperature

resistance, which can freely move the gas absorption hood to 3-D space any position in 2-4

meters. The utility model has the advantages of simple and convenient operation,

horseshoe-shaped gas absorption hood, large absorption surface, and installation of lighting

lamp and throttle valve switch at the end, which has good practicability.

■ The overall structure--The shell adopts 2mm thickness cold-rolled steel plate mould

formation, modular design. Electrostatic powder coating, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, stainless

steel hinges for connecting parts. Sturdy and durable, and the bottom is equipped with 5-

inch polyurethane industrial casters for easy mobility.

6. Product features

material and polyester film filter barrel to achieve indoor discharge

standard GB16297-1996, and the indoor air can be circulated to

avoid waste of indoor cold/heat energy consumption.
