About spherical roller bearing:
Spherical roller bearing consists of two rows of rollers,one outer ring with spherical raceway,one inner ring with
two raceways and one spacer.
They are self-aligning and consequently insensitive to misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing and to
shaft deflection or bending.Spherical roller bearing can carry high radial loads or proper axial loads in both
directions.
Structures:
1.E type:
It consists of symmetric spherical rollers,two pieces of harden steel cages,flangeless inner ring and guide ring
centered on the cage.
The guide ring around the outer ring can help improve lubricating condition on roller face of end.It can also reduce
friction,help guiding roller in the non-load region and assist roller into loading area.Meanwhile,the length of roller
is getting longer so that the rated load can increase about 20%-35%.
2.EAE4 type:
It consists of symmetric spherical rollers,two pieces of harden steel cages,flangeless inner ring and guide ring
centered on the cage.
In general,this kind of bearing will be added 2 or 4 rollers in so that the rated load can increase about 15%-30%.
Main characteristics:simple structure,high load capacity,low friction moment,low noise and long life.
3.CC type:
It consists of symmetric spherical rollers, two pieces of pressed steel cages,flangeless inner ring and guide
ring centered on the inner ring.
Compared with CA type,it has larger load and longer lifetime.
4.CA type:
It consisits of one piece of machine cutting brass cage,one inner ring with double flanges and one guide ring
centered on the inner ring.
Main characteristics:hign limit speed and low noise.
5.MB type:
It consists of two pieces of machine cutting brass cage,one inner ring with double flanges and one guide ring
centered on the inner ring.
Compared with CA type,it's performance and characteristics are similar but rated load is lower.
Self-aligning angle:
Under the condition of normal load and inner ring constant working,meanwhile bearing space and seal pattern
is permitted,self-aligning permitted angle can be referred as the sheet below:
