principle The seeding tube is equipped with multiple circular holes and
communicate with the capsule hopper, and the channel is equipped
with capsule tablets. The seeding sac tube slides up and down to drop the empty capsule
into the pore channel. When the seeding capsule tube goes up, the
capsule piece will jam the capsule. When the seeding tube falls
down, the capsule holder rotates and drives the capsule to release
the capsule, and the capsule falls out of the hole. |

Rejection station:
Use Some empty capsules may keep the body cap still for some reason,
and remain in the upper module hole; to prevent mixing into the
finished product, they are removed before the capsule is closed. Principle A push hand that can reciprocate up and down, located between the
upper module and the lower module, with a thimble hand. When the
upper and lower modules rotate, the push hand stops at the lower
limit position and the thimble breaks away from the upper module.
When the module stops at this station, the push hand goes up and
the thimble mounted on the push hand is inserted into the upper
module hole. ①. If there is a pulled out capsule cap in the upper mold hole, the
upward top has no impact on the capsule cap. ②. If there is an open empty capsule in the upper mold hole, the
upper module is pushed out by the upward thimble and sucked into
the air chamber. |
Locking station:
Use Lock the capsule of the push rod to meet the requirements of the
finished product. Principle The upper and lower modules are rotated to the lock, when the axis
of the upper and lower modules overlap. The upper baffle above the
module begins to move against the top bar below. The upper baffle
presses the capsule cap, the top rod rises, and the capsule cap
body is closed and locked |
Finished capsule discharge station:
Use The finished capsules will be pushed out for collection. Principle The main component of the device is a discharge top rod that can
reciprocate up and down. When the upper and lower modules carrying
the closed capsule are rotated above the exit station and stopped,
the capsule is pushed out of the module hole. The capsule was then
blown into the outgoing hopper and slid into the stock barrel. |
Cleaning station:
Use The cleaning unit cleans the module for access to the next cycle. Principle When the upper and lower modules are dragged under the main working
plate and parked at the cleaning station, they are placed at the
gap of the cleaning device. At this time, the compressed air is
opened, and the powder in the mold hole and the broken skin are
blown out of the mold hole from the lower direction of the lower
module. The vacuum suction system placed above the mold hole draws
it into the vacuum cleaner to keep the mold hole clean and to
facilitate the next cycle operation. |
