 Stepping motor is an open-loop control element that converts electrical pulse signals into angular displacement or linear displacement. In the case of non-overload, the motor speed and stop position only depend on the frequency and pulse number of the pulse signal, and are not affected by the load change. When the stepper driver receives a pulse signal, it drives the stepper motor The set direction rotates at a fixed angle, called "step angle", and its rotation runs step by step at a fixed angle. The angular displacement can be controlled by controlling the number of pulses, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate positioning; at the same time, the speed and acceleration of the motor rotation can be controlled by controlling the pulse frequency, so as to achieve the purpose of speed regulation.

  • 42HS series hybrid stepper motors are supplied by one of the China's top stepper motor suppliers (JKONGMOTOR). These NEMA 17 square stepper motor with 0.9° step angle (400 steps/revolution) are made of high-quality material. The body length of NEMA 17 stepper motors ranges from 34mm to 60mm, and the holding torque could be as high as 5.5kg.cm . These high-performance and high-reliability NEMA 17 stepper motors are terminated with four or six lead wires, and could be easily connected to the constant current or chopper drive controllers.
  • The 42mm Hybrid Stepper Motor Series is a versatile family of motors suitable for a wide range of applications. Use with a microstepping driver to reduce vibration and achieve higher step resolution. Choose a baseline version or request your own customized configuration.

A:Generally speaking, our regular standard product will need 7-15days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depends on the specific orders.
