1.    Description

 

     Pulse dust collector means to remove the dust attached to the filter medium (cloth bag or filter tube) by spraying compressed air; according to the size of the dust collector, there can be several sets of pulse valves, which are controlled by pulse controller or PLC.

3.   working principle

 

     Each time a set of cleaners are turned on to remove and control the expansion of their bags or filter cartridges, while other bags or suction cartridges work. Middle box, lower box, etc. make up the middle and lower boxes. During operation, the dust-containing outlet enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, and the coarse particles fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. Granular particles enter the hollow with the particles. ,Down. The surface area accumulates on the outside of the filter bag. The filtered gas enters the upper box body into the purification header exhaust pipe, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The dust removal process is the state where the air outlet air duct blocked in the room allows the room bag to pass (the compartment stops). Then, turn on the phone and use air to blow air and compressed air to compress. Dust and dirt go into the ash bucket, and the accompanying food is eaten from the outside. After being separated from the surface of the filter bag, it can be discharged from the filter bag, and the appetite of the ash hopper, mouth and mouth is controlled by the outside world. The disc automatically enters. The gas is controlled from the suction port of the bucket. When passing the ash, part of the large particles in the gas are separated by suction and gravity, and fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. After passing through the bucket, the gas enters. The middle box is filtered out. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the upper area of ​​the bag is filtered off the surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the box through the filter bag opening, and then leaves the air outlet.

 

       As the filtration time increases, the dust layer on the filter bag becomes thicker, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the equipment resistance rises to the set value, the dust removal device starts to remove dust. First, a poppet valve in the chamber is closed to cut off the filtered air flow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. The compressed air rapidly expands in the upper tank in a short period of time and flows into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and deform and vibrate. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped into the ash hopper. After the dust removal, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber returns to the filtering state. The cleaning room is carried out in sequence, and the cleaning cycle is from the first room to the next cleaning room. The dust intercepted by filtering and cleaning work falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the ash discharge device at the mouth of the ash hopper.

 
4.     Machine advantage

 

1.   The technology of separating room air stop pulse jet cleaning is adopted to overcome the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collector and back blowing dust collector. It has strong ash removal capacity, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, small air leakage rate, less energy consumption, less steel consumption, less floor area, stable and reliable operation and good economic benefits. It is suitable for purification of dust containing gas and material recovery in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical industry, electric power and light industry.

 

2.   Because the separation of air stop pulse is used to blow the ash, the purpose of cleaning ash can be achieved once. Therefore, the ash cleaning cycle is prolonged, and the energy consumption of ash cleaning is reduced, and the air consumption can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of filter bag and pulse valve is reduced correspondingly, which can increase the life of filter bag and valve plate.

 

3.   The maintenance and bag change can be carried out in the separate room under the normal operation condition of the system fan and the system. The bag mouth adopts elastic expanding ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel adopts the polygon, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag and is easy to unload the bag.

 

4.   The upper bag pulling method is adopted. After the skeleton is taken out during bag changing, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box, and taken out by the hole, which improves the operation conditions of bag changing.

 

5.   The box is designed with air tightness, good sealing, and the inspection door is made of excellent sealing materials. Kerosene is used to detect leakage and the air leakage rate is very low.

 

6.   The air ducts at the inlet and outlet are arranged in a compact manner and the air flow resistance is small.

 

 

5.    Basic maintenance methods

 

(1) During the operation of equipment, special personnel shall be assigned to manage and make operation records.

(2) The management personnel shall be familiar with the principle, performance and operation conditions of the dust collector, and master the adjustment of operation parameters and the maintenance methods of the equipment.

(3) Regularly add lubricating oil to the parts to be lubricated on the equipment.

(4) Check whether the pulse ash cleaning system of dust remover is normal for spray blowing. If it is abnormal, it is important to check whether the diaphragm and solenoid valve of pulse valve are out of order or damaged, and repair or replace them in time.

(5) If the pulse valve fails, it shall be eliminated in time. If there is any foreign matter such as impurities and water, it shall be cleaned in time, and the diaphragm damaged shall be replaced in time.

(6) Check the condition of cylinder and flange surface regularly. If air leakage is found, replace sealing ring in time.

(7) If the sealing strip on the access door is aged, it shall be replaced in time.

(8) Regularly measure process parameters, such as gas volume, temperature, concentration, etc., and find out the causes and deal with them in time if any abnormality is found.

(9) Check whether the equipment is running normally according to the fluctuation of the resistance of the equipment.

(10) The filter bag is a vulnerable part. The user shall regularly check the working condition of the filter bag and consider replacing it in time according to the damage degree of the filter bag.

(11) Check the air circuit system and ash discharge system regularly, and timely eliminate any abnormality.

(12) According to the water accumulation of the water separator in the compressed air system, the accumulated water shall be discharged regularly.

(13) When the process system is stopped, the dust collector and exhaust fan shall be kept working for a while to remove moisture and dust in the equipment. At the same time, before the dust collector stops working, the ash cleaning and ash unloading operations must be repeated.

 

6.    Troubleshooting methods of possible fault machine

 

(1)   High resistance to operation

 

The reasons may be as follows: ① the filter bag is bound; ② Pulse valve is not working or damaged; ③ The compressed air pressure is too low; ④ The lifting valve is not closed tightly when the pulse valve is working; ⑤ One or more poppet valves are closed.

The methods of elimination: ① cleaning the filter bag and strengthening ventilation; ② Maintain or replace the pulse valve; ③ Check the air circuit and air compressor; ④ Check the ash removal controller.

 

(2)    Small resistance to operation

 

The reasons may be as follows: ① short circuit of flue gas; ② The filter bag is damaged;

Elimination methods: ① check the pipeline and repair welding the damaged part; ② Check and replace filter bag;

 

(3)    Pulse valve not working

 

The reasons may be as follows: ① power supply is cut off or ash cleaning controller fails; ② There are sundries in the pulse valve, which always leaks air; ③ The coil of pulse valve is burnt out; ④ Compressed air pressure is too low.

The methods of elimination: ① restore power supply or repair the ash cleaning controller; ② Clean the pulse valve carefully; ③ Replace the pulse valve coil; ④ Check the air circuit system and compressor.

 

(4) The cleaning and replacement of the filter bag may cause the filter cloth to become compacted due to the high viscosity of the dust during use, which will increase the resistance of the dust collector and affect the dust removal effect.

 

       When the above situation occurs, the filter bag should be taken out of the dust collector and rinsed with clean water. After cleaning, the filter bag can be used after air-drying. The dust cleaning cycle of the filter bag is determined by the user according to the nature of the dust of the unit and the frequency of the dust collector. Generally, the filter bag will gradually be damaged after one year of use, mainly due to dust abrasion, high temperature and high humidity caused by the deterioration of the filter material. The dust collector cannot work with the filter bag damaged, otherwise the dust removal effect will be affected. The user should replace the filter bag in time.
