TC-200W is a water-based fuel anti-corrosion additive (commonly known as vanadium inhibitor) with double dispersibility of oil and water. An oil-water dispersible ultra-high alkaline magnesium-based fuel anticorrosive additive produced by using ultrafine high-purity magnesium hydroxide, a hydrophilic solvent and a polymer surfactant as main raw materials. The main feature of TC-200W is that it can be miscible with fuel oil in the proportion of demand. It does not flocculate when it meets water and does not agglomerate. If the water content of fuel is also dispersed smoothly, it does not affect the effect of suppressing vanadium. When TC-200W is added to the fuel of gas turbine for combustion, TC-200W can provide effective MgO and V2O5 produced by harmful substances in fuel to form high-melting vanadium and magnesium compounds, and improve the melting point of vanadium ash in gas turbine. Prevent the corrosion of harmful substances and form loose ash, which is taken away by hot smoke. At the same time, it has a good desulfurization effect.
In order to effectively prevent corrosion, the addition amount of TC-200W additive is 3 to 3.5 (ie, Mg:V=3 to 3.5:1) in terms of the magnesium content of the additive and the vanadium content in the fuel, or according to the recommended ratio of the gas turbine manufacturer. Add to. If the fuel contains metallic lead (Pb), its content should be added to the vanadium content as the total amount of vanadium. If the fuel contains Ni and S, the Mg/V ratio can be increased appropriately, which helps the blade to be loose and easy to clean. The optimum amount of addition should be based on the specific optimum Mg/V ratio of the units in different states.
TC-200W is produced in strict accordance with gas turbine anti-corrosion standards. It has good stability, no hydrolysis, low volatilization, low condensation point, non-toxicity, etc. It is widely used in anticorrosion and emission desulfurization of various types of heavy fuel oil gas turbines.
