(1)ceiling profile:
With advanced design and manufacturing technology, the stable
production speed of Jari ceiling tooling can be up to 2X (6~8)
m/min, with multiple -strands .
(2)Cable ducts:
Jari use new cooling calibration structure which combines dry
calibration and wet calibration for PVC cable ducts tooling. This
can achieve dual-strand extrusion for cover and body, and
four-strand extrusion for small sizes of cable ducts, and the
extrusion speed of each strand can be reach 8~10m/min.
(3)Siding profile
With advanced flat die extrusion, back curving technology, and
Jari’s specific sliding extrusion line, the puller speed can be up
to 15m/min .It also can achieve embossing, punching, cutting on
line .

(4)WPC profile
Jari has developed wood plastic extrusion tooling since 2000, and
master PVC、PE、PP wood plastic coextrusion technology, well used for
handrail , decking and floor etc.

(5)Foam profile
The design theory of the foam extrusion tooling is: when the
polymer melt containing vesicant pass through the die head, the
surface that clinging to the die will be compressed and cooled
suddenly, and the surface will become hard because of lower
temperature than the point of foam temperature; and the core parts
of die head will make the inside poly melt freely foam in the
profiles, so the surface of the product is slippery and hard, but
the inside is loosen and flexile. The advantage of foam profiles is
lower weight and good sound insulation. hard surface foam material
has a thick hard-surface layer, and its density, performance,
appearance and texture are very similar to the natural wood, but it
is much better than wood in anti-water, anti-fire, anti-moth, sound
insulation and so on. it is widely used in the building and
construction industry.
With many years development, our PVC, PS, PE, ABS and other
engineering plastic foam tooling technology has become more mature.
