This is a single stage injection stretch blow molding machine with
three station.
Suitable material inlcudeds PET, PETG, PC, PCTG, Tritan, SK etc.
Injection station is for injection preform from raw material.
Stretch & blow station is for stretching & blowing the
preform to finished bottle.
Ejection station is for releasing bottle
Adopted PID control achieves precise and steady temperature for the
entire molding process and blowing process.
Hot runner with valve gate type, designed with special anti-leak
device, is adopted for higher preform gate finishing.
Equipment parameters and process are set by HMI for living
supervising of the equipment operation and its matching up with the
panel switches and buttons, enables convenient, direct and highly
efficient operation of the whole system.
Suitable for all containers irrespective of neck design and weight,
considering that there is no restriction to only the preforms
available on the market.

A2: Our factory is located in Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong
Province, China, about 48 minutes by high-speed railway from Hong
Kong.
