The machine is designed and applicable to intractable materials, such as Thick pipes, thick & hard lumps, package barrels, buckets, trays, rubber, wood, etc. Working with medium speed and tenderly, low noise, low power consumption. Rotary knife designed symmetrically, can be exchanged four times for use, which prolong use life span. When push materials by hydraulic, can select speed and pressure freely according to different materials load. It is with low labor strength, safe & reliable operation.

 

 Description:

Single-shaft And Twin-Shaft Shredder Used For Large Plastic, Rubber And Wood.

This series is a common type, using microcomputer(PC) automatic control, set start, stop, inversion and overload automatic reversal control function. Can be used for plastic with various different shape and size, rubber, fiber paper, wood, household electrical appliances, cable materials, etc. such as: rubber head, PET bottle, cardboard, circuit boards, TV sets, plastic cask, wood, etc. Users can choose corresponding model according to stock size and capacity, also can provide special knife rolls based on the different special request, to, if the tearing material is high strength engineering plastic such as film, woven bag or nylon, ABS, PC.

 Option 

The single-shaft shredder is consists of unfixed cutter head and fixed cutter head, which can crush the materials.

The cutter head is consists of basic shaft and pieces of quadrangle cutter. There are four edges which are easy to change.

Unfixed cutter is fixed on the basic shaft with screw/threads and arrange as “V” type. The unfixed cutter rotate with the basic shaft. This unfixed cutter and basic shaft form a unfixed cutter head.

There’re two groups of fixed cutter which are fixed on the stander. The horizontal hydraulic cylinder pushes the unfixed cutter head to charge the material.

With stable and adjustable speed and strong thrust, such shredder can treat with kinds of large, solid and irregular materials, plastic container and plastic buckets, pipes, films, fibers and papers etc.

The rotating speed of main shaft is 45-100rpm.

It works fluently, and low noise.

 

Commercial terms

1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T

  before shipment

2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment

3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)

4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s

  factory:

   (1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months

   (2) The electrical Parts: 6 months

5. Installations and Commissioning

  (1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment

  (2) Overseas Commissioning and charges

   one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the 

   installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer

   requests.

   Customers pay the charge of our technicians.

   (1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket

   (2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication

   (3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.

   (4) An interpreter is needed.

6. Spare parts:

 Spare parts for one year are needed for the customers, and we suggest

 that customers should buy the spare parts. (Fittings list will be

 provided.)

7. English manual, Figuration drawing, and footing drawings are 

  provided.
