2. Description:
The internal mixer control system adopts imported PC and connects with the remote I/O and touch screen through network, so it is easy on program design, good in versatility, strong in insterference ability and high in reliability. It is convenient for customer's installation and commissioning. The processing data and working state can be displayed on the touch screen, so the operation condition is clear and the maintenance is improved. The control modes have manual, remote and auto operation as customer required.

The hydraulic ram electric part adopts S7-200, HMI and Germany BOSCH pandel to fulfil the debugging and maintenance. The national invention patented technology is used in control system. Also we can offer high level mixer control technology as required.

6. Competitive Advantage:

  • The diversity of rotor type can meet different mixing requirements. User can choose any kind of rotors (the mixer with different rotor has different total volume and working volume.)
  • The inside wall of mixing chamber, discharging door, ram and front/rear rotor are all able to put through cooling water. The large cooling area can ensure the steady quality of all kinds of stock.
  • Rotor surface, inside wall of mixing chamber, discharging door surface and other surfaces contacting with stock are all hardened tough buildup welding with carbide alloy or plated with hard chrome, in order to improve wear-resistance performance. Rotor and mixing chamber all adopt full automation built-up welding.
  • Drop door driven by hydraulic device with double racks can run steadily and reliably with short open/close door time. It adopts toggle-locking mechanism, having strong locking force and good self-locking and seal performances.
  • All roto dust stop devices adopt hydraulic seal type. The seal specific pressure is adjustable and the seal performance is relibale.
  • The ram unit includes pneumatic type and hydraulic type for customer's options as required.
  • The drive system adopts the DC drive or AC inverter for speed adjustment in stepless, also can be equipped with AC motor and speed reducer etc. The machine has the advantages of smooth drive, low noise and longe serive life.
  • The standard rotor adopts the right drive system. According to users, need we also can supply the left drive sysytem.

Two rotors mixer the relative rotation, the material from the feed mouth clamp into the roll gap by rotor extruding and shearing, after through the roll gap above the top tied pien is divided into two parts, respectively along the chamber wall and the gap between the rotor before and after the return to roll gap above.In a week around the rotor flow, material is influenced by the shear and friction action, make rubber temperature rise sharply, lower viscosity, increased the wettability on the surface of the rubber in the compound, make good contact with rubber and compound surface.

1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:
   (1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
   (2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
   (1) Commissioning will have been made before shipment
   (2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
   one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the installation and commissioning of the              equipment if the customer requests.
   Customers need topay the charge of our technicians.
