1. This vacuum glass lifter is for handling insulating glass sheet.
2. This glass lifter is able to lift the glass sheet with 1000kg

Features & Advantages
Mechanical part: (1) The total length of the main beam of the suction hoist is designed to be 2000mm, and the upper part of the middle part is welded and sealed with a plate, and the middle part is used as a vacuum accumulator. The air tightness test is carried out after welding to ensure no leakage. When the equipment is suddenly powered off, it is still guaranteed to be able to reliably adsorb the plates for at least 20 minutes, and will not cause safety accidents such as equipment damage (the European CE standard is to maintain 10 minutes) (2) This equipment is equipped with 6 suction cups with a diameter of 360mm for different sizes of glass. Electrical part:
 
(1) A vacuum pressure switch and a buzzer alarm unit are installed on the vacuum hoist. When the vacuum system pressure does not reach the set pressure, or when a power failure occurs, the alarm unit will control the red warning light to light up and the buzzer to sound. , Prompt the operator to deal with it in time.
 
Vacuum part:
 
(1) The suction hoist adopts a German oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump, with a pumping capacity of 8m3/h, a large vacuum degree of over 85%, energy saving, compact and lightweight, no maintenance, etc.;
 
(2) The whole set of equipment is equipped with 6 vacuum suction cups, multi-point adsorption to ensure that the plate can maintain a high level during the handling process without tilting;
 
(3) The suction cup material is nitrile rubber, with a diameter of 360mm, oil (benzene), durable, acid and alkali resistance, and can effectively adsorb with FRP to produce a true single suction cup level. Theoretical large suction force = effective area (physical product * coefficient) * calculated pressure (0.6bar); (0.18*0.18*3.14)*0.6*10000=610.416, which is approximately 610.4Kg. According to the 4 times safety factor, the actual allowable suction power of the suction cup is 610.4/4=152.6Kg. The total suction power of 6 suction cups is 600kg. Note: The vacuum suction force mentioned in the above table is calculated under 60% vacuum degree. Under normal working conditions, the system vacuum degree can reach more than 85%; (4) The vacuum pressure sensor is made of Japanese Panasonic brand, and the alarm pressure level is set to 60% vacuum; (5) Each suction cup is equipped with a manual ball valve to control the opening and closing, which ensures that the same equipment can be applied to various specifications of plates; (6) The upper and lower parts of the sucker rod are equipped with a spring.
