LJTB01 Type Butyl Extrusion Type LJTB01 is used to spread the aluminum spacer frame evenly with hot melt butyl. The machine uses a large electrical control panel, which makes the operation easier. Aluminum conveyor is controlled by frequency converter, speed can be adjusted from 0m/min to 47m/min, which is the fastest speed in China. It is very popular for energy saving. The crimping system adopts pneumatic and hydraulic supercharging system, which makes the crimping pressure more stable. Dispensing cylinders can be easily refilled with butyl using a vertical rotating support system. It can extend the life of the crimping system and adjust the heating time within 24 hours by electric and pneumatic pressure. The distance of the press head can be automatically adjusted according to different aluminum intervals. This machine has reached worldwide technology by its features of perfect function and stable running mode.
