Product Description
Usage: LBW2500PB vertical automatic insulating glass outer assembly flat press production line is an efficient hollow glass processing equipment. The line meets European and US gas fill concentration standards, advanced technology, high productivity and complete functionality to meet customer needs. The production line has high automation, high efficiency, convenient operation and maintenance, and is suitable for the production of large-scale glass companies.
The production line consists of a feed section, a washing and
drying section, a transition and storage section, a light detecting
section and a spacer positioning portion, an outer fitting portion,
an inner flat portion and a storage portion.
The line is controlled by Schneider PLC to achieve automatic
control and frequency control of the full-line motor speed. The use
of advanced assembly technology solves the problem of uneven and
misaligned glass pressure. The assembly part adopts limit switch
and cylinder, the stroke is adjustable, the operation is
convenient, the positioning is accurate, and the operation is
reliable.
Secotion1: Feed Section:
LOW-E glass automatic diagnosis system: it can easily know whether
low-E glass putting is right or not. When is wrong, the alarm will
raise the alarm, and worker can change it immediately. This system
prevents the membrane of coating glass (especially the LOW-E glass)
from being destroyed, the glass input conveyor station is loaded
with the coating glass automatic diagnosis system, fully guaranteed
the correct washing and covering of the coating glass.
Section2:Washing and Drying Section:
Washing section: This section has three pairs of brushes (material
is high temperature nylon filament) and a pair of sponge rollers.
The brushes are driven by three synchronous motors and the motion
is stable. The three pairs of tubular roller brushes are made of
high temperature resistant and soft natural brush, which fully
guarantees that the delamination of the coated glass, especially
the LOW-E glass layer, cannot be destroyed.
Dry part: The distance between the air knife and the glass should
be adjusted according to the thickness of the glass to ensure the
drying effect. The air duct features a state of the art design that
increases drying speed and productivity.
Section3: Transition and Storage Section:
This section is used to transmit and store the glass to improve the work efficiency.
Section4. light inspection section and spacer bar location section
This part is used to check the quality of the washing and drying of the glass. The lamp is placed vertically with the glass and the back panel is painted black. It is easy to check the washing and drying effects. When the rear end of the glass passes through the photoelectric switch, the transmission speed is automatically increased.
When the photoelectric switch in this section detects glass, the
transmission speed will slow down. The glass will slowly touch the
side measuring rod and stop. It makes the position precise and
avoids glasses crashes due to high speed transmission. The position
where the spacer strip is placed is automatically positioned by the
positioning claws, and the spacer strips should be manually adhered
to the glass.
Section5.Outside Assembly Section
These two wheels are controlled by Airtac cylinder, and they can easily push the glass tightly together.
The sensor can easily know the glass position and stop at right
place when glass coming from the light and aluminum bar
installation section.
Section 6.Inside Flat Press Section
1 In this section, the backing plate is a steel plate with sprayed
plastic. The sheet material is made of high-density film, which is
waterproof and not easily deformed.
2 Using imported high-quality vacuum generator, can maintain
the pressure above 0.8Mpa, and can automatically adjust the suction
cup power to avoid falling glass. (The internal assembly function
is optional.)
3 You can open this section for inspection and maintenance. There
are lifting devices to avoid misalignment of two or three glasses,
especially for large glass. Linear guides ensure parallel glass
presses with high precision.
Section7. Transition and Storage Section:
This section is used to transmit and store the glass to improve the work efficiency
