Main features:

This production line has 7 sections.They are input section,washing & drying section ,transmission &storage section,inspection &spacer bar location section,assembly section,flat press section,output section.

1 It adopts Omron  PLC control system and achieved the automatic control and frequency control of the motor speed of the whole line.

2This machine adopts Kinco touch screen and man-machine interface ,it is directly and convenient for operating. There are two operation methods in the control panel:automatic and manual.If separate the operation of each section or need maintenance,the manual operation method is needed.

3 Conserves energy interrupted type automatic operation system.When the glass pass the photoelectric sensor of the end of the input section the brushes water pump and the blower will start work automatically.When the production process is interrupted the brushes water pump and blower will stop automatically.This function can save energy.

4 Our backboard and drive wheels adopt polyurethane.The backboard adopts high density board with film,it can avoid the backboard bending and deformation normally.It also can waterproof and avoid the acid-base. And the wheels which are on the backboard have a ring of food degree silicone to prevent the glass from damaging.

5 Our main electrical components are high standard to extend service life.

6 The input section adopts Japan’s Keyence LOW-E glass diagnosis system,it can easily know whether the LOW-E glass put in the right way or not.

7 Washing and drying section

The interior and shell of washing and drying section are used 304 stain steels and anti-corrosion materials.The washing part is used SKF oil free lubrication waterproof bearing to avoid the second pollution.

The brushes are controlled by 3 synchronous motors separately and the movement is stable. Brushes are used high temperature resistance nylon wire.The front brushes which is about 0.07mm in diameter is softer than the brushes behind it .The front soft brushes can guaranteed the coating glass especially Low-e glass can’t be destroyed.

The waterway system consists of two independent waterway circulation systems, namely a primary waterway cleaning system and a secondary waterway cleaning system.The glass is first cleaned by the first-stage cleaning waterway, and then rinsed by the rinsing waterway. The water is pumped out from the water tank by the water pump, sprayed on the glass surface through the spray pipe, cleaned by the brush, and then returned to the water tank for recycling.The water tank of the washing machine is equipped with a water heating system. It is recommended to use at room temperature less than 7 ℃.And it can reserve 0.5m³ water. The drying section:The air enters into the air knife from the top.The distance between the air knife and the glass can be adjusted according the thickness of the glass in order to guarantee the drying effect.

It adopts low noise and high pressure blower,the wind power is strong,it can improve the efficiency of drying . The wind that entered into the air knife have been filtrated.So it can avoid the secondary pollution.Air heating system for improved drying efficiency.

8 Inside flat press section.

This section has a blower,it can makes the glass in a suspended state and protect the board from wear and tear.The air cushion is clean with specific filtering air cushion system,can avoid pollution.

This section can be opened the 450mm to check and maintain.There are liner guide rail to guarantee glass press parallel with high accuracy.
