1. do you make product according to customers design?

A: yes, customers design is accepted. you can provide us the design drawing (CAD drawing is very helpful)

2.Can adults get into your inflatables?

A: Absolutely. Our combos, slides,water games and obstacles are built to withstand adult use. In fact, you might be surprised just how many adults use our inflatables!

3.Do you ship by Sea, Ground or Air?

A: We do it all. It just depends on your budget and which shipping option you would like to choose for yourself.

4.Can we customize the units with our choice of colors?

A: Yes you can choose your colors at no additional cost.

5.How many people does it take to set-up and pick-up a regular size inflatable jumper?

A: One person can easily operate a regular 13'x13'(4mx4m) size bounce house.

6.How long will it take to make any of these inflatables if they are not in stock.

A: The regular bounce houses usually take 5-10 days, and much larger items like water slides and inflatable obstacle courses can take anywhere from 10-15 days. Custom made orders take about 10-30 days, depending on the style, size,structure and quantity.
