4. After your deposit received,order will be released to production dept.

5.Finished products photos or video can be supplied once they are ok and tested nothing is wrong.

6.Balance to us

7.Give us your forwarder in china or we contact our shipping agent for shipment.

8.Goods arrived at your port,contact your destination port agent to do clearance.

Yes, all bouncers come together with blower,one blower for smart bouncers,Two or

Q6:Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it gets damaged?

The warranty is one year,all our products are strictly tested before shipment,materials

we use brand Plato PVC and approved CE,GS safe blower. However, for oversea

orders, as it’s not convenient to return the damaged products, we provide free

repairing kit for customers’ repairing purpose. Normally, the repairing work is very

easy.

Q7:What included in the product?

It is included inflatable bouncer, blower or pump, repair kits (including the same

color material, glue).

Q8:Can you print my logo or design on the product?

Yes,sure,just supply us your logo &design by CDR or AI or send us your sketch.

Q9:What happens if I want to purchase something that you don;t have?

We accept all kinds of inflatable custom made orders.just send the picture and size

to us, we have professional design team to make same or similar one for you, If you

can imagine it, we can do it

Q10:How long will it take to produce?

The regular bounce houses usually take 3-10 days, and much larger items like water

slides and inflatable obstacle courses will take 10-15 days. Custom made orders

take about 10-20 days, depending on the style, size and structure.
