Dissolved Air Flotation is the process of removing grease, oils and other fine Suspended solids and reduces COD and BOD device. the use of air bubble flotation. Air was dissolved into water, the air -saturated water generated from dissolved air micro bubbles attach to the surface of solids,The light of solids(less dense than water)lifting them to the surface.distributed over the whole tank width,make suer optimum phase separation. Mechanical skimmer remove the floating sludge layer and thepurified wastewater discharges to sewer.

Dissolved air flotation machine package wastewater treatment plant is a water treatment process that clarifieswastewaters (or other waters) by the removal of suspended matter such as oil or solids. The removal is achieved by dissolving air in the water or wastewater under pressure and then releasing the air at atmospheric pressure in a flotation tank basin. The released air forms tiny bubbles which adhere to the suspended matter causing the suspended matter to float to the surface of the water where it may then be removed by a skimming device.
