Description
DZL Chain Grate Biomass Fired Steam Boiler Features:
1. The body adopts single drum structure, water tube and fire tube
mixed design, full layout of heating surface and high thermal
efficiency;
2. Mechanized combustion;
3. Environment friendly and energy saving;
4. Complete auxiliaries and high self-control;
5. The body and the base are separately delivered.

Boiler sturcture features
1. Adopting automatic screw feeding, with reasonable second air
technology and half gasification structure
helping fuel combusting completely, the thermal efficiency can
reach more than 90%. Stable flame, producing steam cautiously.
2. Primordial dust emissions density is low:The volume of the
coal-fired steam boiler is large and there is a dust separation
device, so the primordial dust emissions density will be controlled
much lower than the standard allowed.
3. Control system: Installing microcomputer to operate with
one-button, people just set the process, and it can work
automatically during the operating time. Once any abnormal
situation to happen, stopping automatically with sound-light alarm,
and pointing to the failure code, so it saves time to maintain.
4. Our protected device is safe and reliable. Selecting superior
pressure controller, safety valve, low water alarm, overpressure
alarm, over-temperature alarm, in order to make boilers operate
safely.
5. Heating fast:There are many spiral gas tubes in the boiler and
almost half of the coal fired steam boiler shell can be heated, so
the temperature can up soon.
6. It is simple to clean slag only after burning completing.

Application industry
