PRODUCT DETAILS

 

Integrated oil cooled pm synchronous motor

  • Oil cooled permanent magnet motors adopt double layer design. The motors are cooled down by cycling lubrication oil of air compressors, so they can operate in low temperatures at all frequencies. Such motors have eliminated degaussing risks at high temperatures by breaking through traditional fan-cooling mode. They can reduce motor power and achieve energy efficiency in real sense.
  • Permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PM motor) adopts high-performance NdFeB permanent magnet which will not lose magnetism under 200°C and its service life reaches as long as 15 years
  • Stator coil uses dizzy-resistant enameled wire dedicated for frequency converter with outstanding insulating property and longer service life
  • Coaxially integrated structural design, the motor has no bearing structure with high transmission efficiency
  • Fill grease at regular intervals for free, and bearing replacement at regular intervals for free
  • The motor has function of temperature protection (PTC/PT100)
  • Oil cooled permanent magnet motors adopt sealed-up structure according to IP65 protection level. With waterproof and dust proof features, these motors hold lower requirements for environment. The motors well protected from dust and foreign matters present longer life span.

Magnetic steel

  • Punching uses high-performance low-loss silicon, we conduct simulation analysis of mechanical strength with finite element method so as to make rotator inertia reach the minimum on the condition that enough mechanical rigidity and mechanical strength.
  • Rotator magnetic steel adopts high-performance NdFeB permanent magnetic material to form sine wave air-gap field
  • Axial flow uses the processing method of embedded bond, which simultaneously meets requirements of optical axis and bond axis.

Winding

  • Punching uses high-performance low-consumption silicon steel sheet;
  • Insulation grade of enameled wire is grade C and integral insulation is grade F
  • Shell uses high-intensity aluminum profile shell, appe final optimization through finite element temperature gradient and good heat dissipation effect;

SKF-bearing

 

Compared with bearings of other brands, SKF bearing, it has good abrasive resistance, superior fatigue resistance, strong corrosion resistance and comfortable muting property, making longer service life, higher reliability and lower noise of permanent magnetic synchronous non-inductive motor.

Infinite volume control air inlet system

 

The compressor adopts infinite volume control air inlet system. It could operate without magnetic valve. Built-in function of the check valve can reduce malfunctions. The compressor is free from unloading process and shows higher energy efficiency. This compressor can operate at frequencies from 0-300HZ and realize high energy efficiency in real sense.

Variable-frequency control range is broader with more energy conservation

 

It has advantages of low rotating speed high output torque, variable-freciuency control mode is broader than ordinary inductive variable-frequency motor, especially its 30%-80% air consumption in low-loaa working area saves by 15%-38% when compared with that of power-frequency compressor, and by 10% when compared with ordinary variable-frequency compressor. The lower load ratio, the more obvious the enerqv-savinq effect.

 

Leading constant pressure control

 

AVF permanent magnet variable frequency screw compressors can sustain the air supply at the pressure of 0.1 bar in any loading conditions. In case of larger demands for air supply, the compressor can increase its rotation speed without changing the pressure to guarantee the air volume. In case of lower demands for air supply, the compressor can reduce its rotation speed without changing the pressure to meet such demands. In case of no demands for air supply, the compressor will switch to sleep mode to save energy. When actual pressure achieves the wakening standard, the compressor will immediately start up with rapid response of frequency converters even in sleep mode.

 

High-performance vector frequency converter

  • Standard equipment with radio-frequency reactor which effectively reduces magnetic field interference outside high-frequency machine generated by frequency converter;
  • Reliably reduces peak current when it is started, realizes stable starting;
  • Saves cost of electrical power units;equipped with standard dust screen, circuit board is processed with surface coating, so antifouling, anti-dust and damp-proof effects are realized;

Steady Pressure

 

It tracks system gas volume changes automatically, and adjusts the revolving speed of compressor accurately with the use of PID (proportional, differential, integral), to keep the system pressure stable.

 

Start without stamping

 

  • The variable frequency starting method reduces the impact of the start of the compressor on the power grid and mechanical parts greatly, thus extending the life of the machine.
  • Eliminate invalid transitional period from full-load power to no-load power
  • Avoid excessive no-load power consumption
  • Maintain the net pressure section
  • Reduce the overall average operating pressure
  • System pressure is low, making the system leak declined to a minimum
  • It accelerates with the use of soft-start motor gradually, to improve flexibility, thus avoiding the surge

Similarly, for two models with above rated power 37kw, when load rate is only 605, input power of power-frequency model under ordinary air inflow throttling control is 39.2kw; while shaft power of permanent magnetic power-frequency motor is 23.6kw with electricity saving ratio being 37.5%. If we calculate according to 40,000 operating hours per year, annual electric charge of ordinary asynchronous power-frequency model is RMB 107,200, however, annual electric charge of permanent magnetic synchronous servo model is RMB 65,800, saving RMB 41,400 in each year.

 

Difference of servo permanent magnetic variable-frequency technology and non-variable frequency technology in energy conservation

 

Non variable-frequency unit regulates demand for air discharqe with modulatinq capacity valve, while servo permanent magnetic variable-frequency unit regulates demand for air discharge in way of motor frequency conversion, and comparison of energy conservation between the two is as following:
