Introduction of pressure transmitter sensor:
BP93420IB pressure transmitter sensor is the use of
piezoresistive effect principle, the use of integrated technology
through doping diffusion, along the characteristics of the crystal
direction on the monocrystalline silicon sheet, made of strain
resistance, constitute the bridge using the elastic mechanical
properties of silicon materials, anisotropic micromachining on all
silicon materials, made of a set of force sensitive and power

When over-range or down-range selection, the amplitude is
controlled within ±30%FS.
■ Pressure mode is divided into gauge pressure, absolute pressure,
sealing pressure, according to the need for reasonable selection.

the sensor, otherwise it will affect the service life of the

of the positive pressure, and the negative pressure core can not be
replaced by the gauge pressure core.
