Flutes are the ridges or corrugations in the sign that you insert the H-Stake into and then push the H-Stake into the ground.
H Stakes is welded steel wire rack, supposed to be used to erect and remove corrugated signs board in the ground conveniently and efficiently. Its sizes from 15" to 30" tall.
