2. Structure introduction
2.1. The skeleton of the furnace body is welded by various large
and medium-sized steel sections on site.
2.2. The furnace lining adopts a full fiber structure, which saves
about 65% energy compared with the brick furnace. It uses
high-quality long-fiber thorn blankets as raw materials, and uses
special equipment to make modules, and a certain amount of
compression is reserved during the processing process to ensure
that the modules are built in masonry. After completion, each
ceramic fiber block expands in different directions, so that the
modules are squeezed together into a whole without gaps, so as to
achieve a perfect heat storage effect. The fiber blocks are fixed
by the ceramic nails. The advantages of the product are low thermal
conductivity, low heat capacity, excellent corrosion performance,
excellent thermal stability, thermal shock resistance and thermal
insulation, and the anchors are arranged on the cold surface of the
furnace body, which improves the high temperature resistance of the
fiber.
2.3. The frame of the trolley is welded by various large-scale
I-beams, channel steels, angle steels and thick steel plates. The
trolley transmission adopts the combination of electric motor and
worm gear reducer to drive the front-end driving wheel transmission
through the chain. The refractory masonry of the trolley adopts a
high-alumina shaped brick structure, which has good sealing effect
with the furnace body and high compressive strength. The trolley
and the furnace body are sealed by soft contact, and a labyrinth
sand sealing groove and a sand sealing knife sealing device are
arranged at the lower part of the trolley.
2.4. Combustion system: several burners are installed on both sides
of the oil furnace, and the heat flow reciprocates in the furnace
to ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature.
2.5. Smoke exhaust preheating device: a smoke exhaust preheating
device is installed at the upper end of the furnace. When the flue
gas in the furnace passes through the preheater, it is sent to the
cold air by the fan for preheating, and then sent to the burner by
the pipeline for combustion support. , and install a manual
butterfly valve at the outlet, which can adjust the pressure in the
furnace.
2.6. The control system adopts chain control, the digital display
shows the temperature, and the contactor controls.

4.Applicable working conditions of natural gas furnace
4.1 The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters.
4.2 The ambient temperature is in the range of 5-40 ℃.
4.3 The monthly average relative humidity in the use area shall not
be greater than 90%.
4.4 There is no conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas
that can seriously damage metal and insulation around.
4.5 There is no obvious vibration and turbulence.
