16x200mm CNC busbar bending cutting punching machine for high

The 303E-2 (multi station double deck turret type) busbar processing machine has three units of punching, shearing and folding. The main function is to process different specifications of copper and aluminum busbar. Only with the corresponding processing unit, it is convenient and quick to cut the copper and aluminum rows, punch holes (round holes, waist type holes), bend, bend, and embosse. Uses
This machine mainly processes all kinds of copper and aluminum busbars with various specifications. The same machine can punch, cut and bend at the same time. Main characteristics
1. shear structure adopts double column structure shear structure, with smooth cutting edge, no scrap, no burr, no collapse angle.
The 2. punching station adopts the four mode turntable, and the turntable is the integral processing part, which ensures the absolute alignment of the upper die and the lower die.
The concentricity of the die is raised, and the service life of the die is greatly improved.
The 3. bending station adopts open type bending structure to facilitate the operation of special processing parts.
