CNC 16x200 mm copper busbar bending machine for transformer substation
Specifications:
503E - 2 copper punching machine with punching bending and cutting 3 operation unit.the working stroke of every operaion unit can adjust conveniently, reduce the processing time, improve the working effency.
The bending unit is PLC control, mainly function is processing different type of copper and aluminum. Just choose the suitable unit you can punching cuttting and bending the material simple and quickly.
1. the punching working station use nodular cast iron material turret 6 mode integral rotary table(One-piece machined parts, more accuracy and extened service life, don”t need change the mould frequently, greatly improve production efficiency)
2. Cutting unit use double column and double knife type shear structure, upper and lower knife install vertical and horizontal keep the knife smoothly and no waste.
3. Bending unit use closed bending, the output point and input point connected by 50mm thickness beam, compare with open type bending the closed bending mechanical strength is more higher.
4. Bending position can bend U-type bending, the minimum distance of U-type is 40mm.
5. The hydraulic oil tank is welding by 3mm thickness steel plate, phosphating keep the oil long service time and donot deteriorate.
