Fluidized bed dryer
I. Overview
The material enters the machine at the feeding port. Under the
action of the vibration force, the material is thrown forward in
the direction of the fluidized bed, and the hot air passes through
the fluidized bed and the wet material to exchange heat. After
cooling by the cold air, the humid air passes through. After the
cyclone separator is dusted, it is discharged by the air outlet,
and the dry material is discharged from the discharge port.
Second, the characteristics
1. The material is evenly received, the heat exchange is
sufficient, the drying strength is high, and the energy saving is
about 30% than that of the ordinary dryer.
2. The vibration source is driven by vibration motor, which is
stable in operation, convenient in maintenance, low in noise and
long in life.
3, fluidization is stable, no dead angle and blow through
phenomenon.
4, good adjustability, adapt to the width of the surface, the
thickness of the material layer and the movement speed inside the
machine and the amplitude change evenly can achieve stepless speed
regulation
5, the surface damage to the material is small, can be used for the
drying of fragile materials, the material particles are irregular,
it does not affect the working effect.
6, the use of a fully enclosed structure, effectively prevent
cross-contamination of materials and air, the working environment
is clean.
Industrial fluid bed dryers Characteristics:

multi-series can be used to meet user requirements (typical
materials: such as polyacrylamide, etc.)
