Silicon carbide crucible

The silicon carbide crucible is made of silicon carbide material by isostatic pressing and pressure-free sintering. Can be made of round, square crucible, flat bottom, half flat bottom and spherical bottom, can also be added flange, drilling and other processing.

Features and advantages

Silicon carbide crucible because of its material submicron fine crystal structure and production process, the product surface is smooth, the rough product can reach Ra<1.6, which is good to avoid being eroded by melt.
Silicon carbide crucible features high purity (> 99% SiC content) and does not contaminate materials
High temperature resistant -silicon carbide crucible, good thermal stability, can be used up to 1700℃ (air atmosphere), or 1950℃ (nitrogen or argon protected atmosphere).
Excellent thermal shock resistance - Due to high thermal conductivity and good thermal shock performance, silicon carbide crucible is adaptable to rapid changes in process temperature.
Silicon carbide crucible offers excellent corrosion resistance even at high temperatures and is especially suited for chemically aggressive environments.
