SiC Micro-reaction module 

 

 

SiC micro-reaction module is a multi-layer structure (usually 2 to 5 layers), which is composed of a reaction plate, a heat exchanger plate or a flat plate respectively. The silicon carbide module is formed by high temperature diffusion welding.

  • SiC microreaction module is widely used in SiC plate microreactor.
