Structure: The equipment is mainly composed of the crushing device in the feeding hopper, the front support seat, the spiral, the filter net, the juice holder, the rear support, and the slag discharge tank.

The composition of the parts, the left end of the spiral main shaft is supported in the flow bearing housing, the right end is supported in the hand shaft bearing seat, and the motor is driven by a pair of V-belt drive screws;

Working principle: The main component of the equipment is the installation of the crushing device on the feeding hopper. There is a flying knife on the rotor. The flying knife is fixed around its own axis.

The bottom knife gap rotates, so that the fruit and vegetable are broken into 3-10 mm, directly into the spiral juice extraction system. The main component of the spiral juice is made up of a spiral. The spiral diameter of the spiral gradually increases along the direction of the slag exit and the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is spirally advanced, the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced to form a press of the material. The direction of rotation of the spiral main shaft is viewed from the feed hopper toward the slag groove in a clockwise direction. The raw material is added to the feed hopper, pressed under the advancement of the spiral, and the pressed juice flows through the filter into the bottom of the juicer, and the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the spiral and the tapered portion of the pressure regulation. The movement of the pressure regulating head in the axial direction can adjust the size of the gap. For clockwise (when turning the handwheel bearing seat from the tapping groove of the equipment to the feeding hopper end, the pressure regulating head is turned to the left, the gap is reduced, and the gap is enlarged.) The size of the gap is changed, that is, the slag is adjusted. The resistance can change the slag rate, but if the gap is too small, under strong extrusion, some of the slag particles will be extruded through the filter together with the juice. Although the juice is increased, the quality of the juice is relatively decreased. The size should be determined according to the specific process requirements of the user;
