2. Q: How can I know your machine works well?
A: Before delivery, we have tested every machine and if you have special production condition, we could adjust the machine for you.
3. Q: How can I know your machine is designed for my product?
A: You could tell us your product which need to mark and give us the picture of your product. We will look for the similar one in the market, and then we test it on machine, finially show you the effects.
4. Q: Do you have a ISO certificate?

Yinma provides a one-year free warranty and lifetime service for the whole machine or project of the inkjet printer, traceability system and other products .
1. For the inkjet coding equipment, laser equipment, etc. used
abroad, Yinma will provide telephone guidance. Accessories can
enjoy domestic prices, but the freight is self-care.
2. If foreign customers need, Yinma can provide overseas services.
The fee is: USD 150/day + transportation fee + travel expenses.
3. The accessories required for equipment maintenance shall be
charged according to domestic maintenance standards.
