Structure of this chamber filter press:

It consists of beam, filter plate, hydraulic system(hydraulic unit), filter cloths, control cabinet.

1. Beam, High quality carbon steel Q345B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance. here with honey used, to satisfy food industry used we can covered with the beam with stainless steel.

2. Filter plate,material is glass fiber polypropylene with acid & alkali resistance, anti-corrosion,non-toxic, tasteless, light weight and high strength. also with the glass fiber polypropylene material, it can bear about 1.5Mpa pressure, which common filter press material of polypropylene is about 0.6Mpa.

3. Filter cloths, High quality polypropylene acid and alkali proof or high quality polyester acid.

4. Hydraulic unit, China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve; Carbon steel bending welding, sealing, air filtration external oil pump, cooling effect is good, maintenance is convenient; High and low pressure oil pipe for gb soft connection

5. Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand or schneider brand Electrical components, Split type or can be fixed on the beam.
