Product Description
The welding fume extractor is a purification device specially designed for the treatment of welding, cutting, and polishing, which produces a large number of small metal particles that are harmful to the human body suspended in the air. It is suitable for single and double stations. It has high purification efficiency, light and flexible.
Equipped with a 2-3 meter long flexible suction arm, the mobile style can be easily moved in different working places and makes it easier to be operated.
Our welding fume extractor is suitable for air purification and flue gas filtration of different welding processes, including: argon arc welding; arc welding; carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding; electroslag pressure welding; oxygen-acetylene gas welding; flash butt welding; ultrasonic welding; other welding processes.
In addition to welding, the equipment also has good dust removal and smoke filtering performance for laser cutting metal and plasma cutting.

Parameter
With the wind of the fan, the dust is sucked into the air inlet of the device through the suction hose, and then the dust is blocked inside the air inlet, and the large dust is settled down to the dust drawer. Small dust enters the settling chamber, using gravity and upstream air, first drop the coarse dust directly onto the ash drawer, and the small dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the filter. The clean air will be filtered by the PTFE filter cartridge, and then enter the clean room, discharged through the air outlet.

About Dedusting/Pulse-jet cleaning function
Model SBC, WBC, WFB could be installed with an automatic cleaning system. The equipment has a built-in differential pressure monitoring device. When the filter pressure reaches the specified value, the automatic anti-blow system will be activated and high-pressure back pulse jetting will be performed from the inside of the filter. The dust on the surface of the filter will be blown to the dust drawer, making the surface of the filter to be clean.
The equipment needs to be connected to compressed air, so customers need to prepare their own air compressors. The air compressor is connected to the equipment through a high-pressure hose and sucked from the bottom through high pressure. The automatic cleaning system of the machine ensures that the dust collector is always in good working condition.
