Under the negative pressure generated by the fan, the large particle dusts directly falls into the dust collector drawer under the action of gravity after colliding with the deflector, while the fine particles enters into the cartridge filter chamber, the air pass through the cartridge from the outer surface of it, and the dust is blocked by the cartridge and absorbed on its surface.
When the blocked dust is continuously deposited on the surface of the cartridge, the cartridge can be cleaned by a manual cleaner, or can be cleaned by pulse jet by air compressor. The cartridge can be used repeatedly after cleaning, the longest use time can reach 24 months, and the purified clean air is discharged to the surrounding.
The filter is an important part of the smoke extractor and the
heart of the dust removal equipment. Its performance and quality
are the key to the service life and smoke extraction performance of
the equipment. We use advanced PTFE polyester fiber material as the
main filter cartridge. The material has an extremely low
coefficient of friction, good wear resistance, and can filter 0.2
micron dust. And the surface of the filter material is smooth and
not easy to adhere dusts, which is very conducive to the
application of the pulse-jet cleaning system.
The service life of the filter cartridge is very long, about 1-2 years under normal operating conditions.
The table is installed with an automatic cleaning system. The equipment has a built-in differential pressure monitoring device. When the filter pressure reaches the specified value, the automatic anti-blow system will be activated and high-pressure back pulse jetting will be performed from the inside of the filter. The dust on the surface of the filter will be blown to the dust drawer, making the surface of the filter to be clean.
The equipment needs to be connected to compressed air, so customers need to prepare their own air compressors. The air compressor is connected to the equipment through a high-pressure hose and sucked from the bottom through high pressure. The automatic cleaning system of the machine ensures that the dust collector is always in good working condition.

Principle
With the wind of the fan, the dust is sucked into the air inlet of the device through the suction hose, and then the dust is blocked inside the air inlet, and the large dust is settled down to the dust drawer. Small dust enters the settling chamber, using gravity and upstream air, first drop the coarse dust directly onto the ash drawer, and the small dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the filter. The clean air will be filtered by the PTFE filter cartridge, and then enter the clean room, discharged through the air outlet.
