Qingda Photo-catalytic adopts special high-energy high-ozone UV ultraviolet beam to irradiate odorous gases, decomposing odorous gases such as: phosphine, ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide With the molecular chain structure of styrene, sulfide, VOC, toluene, xylene, the molecular chain of organic or inorganic polymer odor compounds is degraded under the irradiation of high-energy ultraviolet light beam, and converted into low molecular compounds, such as carbon dioxide, water, etc..
a. Use the high-strength C-band UV ultraviolet light beam and the titanium dioxide plate produce a photocatalyst effect(photo-catalytic effect), which produces a strong catalytic degradation function, destroys the nucleic acid (DNA) of bacteria, and effectively fissiles the polluted gas.
b. Using high-energy high-ozone UV ultraviolet light beam to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to generate free oxygen. Because the positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen are unbalanced, it needs to be combined with oxygen molecules to generate ozone. As we all know, Oxidation has an immediate effect on removing malodorous gases and other irritating odors.
So by this way, the photo-catalytic effect and ozone
decompose and oxidize the malodorous gases under the irradiation of
high-energy UV ultraviolet light beams, and thoroughly achieve the
effects of deodorization and killing bacteria.
Eventually, the degradation of the malodorous gas substances is
converted into low-molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide,
and then discharged outside through the exhaust duct. A slight
ozone smell can be smelled within 5 meters of the air outlet, and
then quickly dissolved in the air and converted into oxygen.
