Descriptions of medium frequency induction heating machine:
Medium frequency induction heater, adopts IGBT conversion and power regulation, designs full range of protection function, such as over current, water lack, over heating, over voltage, short circuit, phase lack and so on, greatly improve reliability of equipment.
Our medium frequency induction machine adopts the traditional
parallel resonance circuit, easy to match other equipments and
design induction coil, the actual output power of the machine can
be adjusted to more than 80%.
There are many different kinds of displays such as current,
voltage, time, make working situation visual.
Ultra small volume, light weight, removable, covers an area of less
than 1 square meters, save 10 times production space for customers.
100% full loading, 24 hours non-stop working.
Heating speed is fast, less material elements burning, energy
saving more than 20%, greatly reduce costs.
Medium frequency induction heater mainly used for deep heating or
diathermy, such as bar hot forging, metal smelting, mould whole
temper treatment and preheating before welding etc.

FAQ:
Q: Why use induction heating machine?
A: Improved process efficiency ,Localized, constant and precise
heating,Temperature control, Energy saving,Possibility of
integration into production lines,Best quality and
yield/performance ,Pollution free, fast and secure
technology, Improved working environment
Q: How to choose a suitable induction heater?
A: Induction heaters have many different modles with different
power and frequency.
1. The higher power, the faster of the heating speed. so if you
want to heat fast then you'd better choose a high power induction
heater.
2. The higher frequency, the lower of the heating layer. So for
some surface hardening, we suggest use a higher frequency heater,
for some entire heating (like forging and melting) we suggest to
use low frequency heater.
3. If you are not sure of which model is suitable for your work,
please ask our salesman for suggestion before you place an order.
